Pricing - Personal Entry Key $50 • Weekly Membership $15
All memberships are billed fortnightly based on a recurring direct debit from a nominated credit card. Prices are per person. Four weeks’ dues plus entry key fee are payable in advance on joining. No minimum term. Fees are payable fortnightly in advance. Minimum member age of fifteen (15). Members between the ages of fifteen (15) and eighteen (18) years of age require a parent or guardian to sign permission slip and health check form at induction.
Terms & Conditions / Code of conduct - By entering, visiting, participating or joining dorsetFLEX it is a requirement you abide by the following Terms & Conditions/Code of conduct. Code of conduct • All members/participants shall respect the equipment, facilities, trainers, staff and fellow members of dorsetFLEX. • No persons shall use abusive language while within the facilities or attending classes run by dorsetFLEX. • All equipment shall be used in accordance with its intended purpose. Any faults with or damage to equipment shall be reported immediately either by emailing info@dorsetflex.com.au or phoning 0417039808 • All gym users must wear appropriate enclosed toe footwear. Slippers or slippers shoes are not permitted • Gym wipes are supplied to wipe down the equipment after use • Do not use a towel on the rower seat. Do not hang your towels or any other clothing items on the treadmills Terms & Conditions - •All visitors and members must sign a dorsetFLEX pre-exercise screening form (included in membership documents). This information is required in case of a medical emergency and also ensures that your exercise program is suitable for your goals, injury, illness or rehabilitation status. Member are required to notify dorsetFLEX immediately if any changes occur regarding injury or illness. • One of our trainers will contact you to arrange a convenient time to collect your membership key. Please allow 30 minutes for this appointment. At this time we will provide an introduction to the facilities and equipment to ensure that you know how to use the equipment safely and appropriately. • dorsetFLEX holds no responsibility for personal belongings and valuables • Any memberships or packages paid up front are non-refundable • Weekly memberships can be cancelled or suspended at any time, prior to the cessation date • dorsetFlex reserves the right to suspend or cancel any membership if a member is found to have breached any of the above Terms & Conditions or Code of Conduct.
